Gregory Distribution is pleased to advertise the position of Stock Control Coordinator based at our site in Cullompton. This position covers the warehousing, transport and stock control requirements for one of our top customers.

The position involves:

· Consult directly with the customer and be a first point of contact for goods in and goods out.

· Plan, arrange and book transport for the customer.

· Attending reviews and site visits with the customer.

· Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into Company and Client systems.

· Assist the transport & warehouse teams by processing any required paperwork.

· Consult directly with warehouse and transport operations regarding any requirements or changes.

· To liaise directly with the customer and third parties to ensure that deliveries are made in a professional and timely manner.

· To investigate and resolve any stock issues.

· Produce weekly stock reports for invoicing purposes.

· Produce KPI’s for internal and external monthly reporting.

Essential skills required:

· Experience of working in a similar role.

· Ability to communicate at all levels.

· Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.

· Attention to detail.

· Working to deadlines.

· Solution driven and flexible approach to your work.

· Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

· MS packages to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
