An oil, gas and geothermal industry is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their Exeter team. As the Logistics Coordinator, you will provide outstanding support for our UK and overseas operations and excellent customer service to our customers. The position entails working closely with operations, shipping, sales and accounts to organise the efficient flow and management of inventory.
As Logistics Coordinator, you will be:
- Management of inventory; stock control, bar-coded, labelled
- Maintain and update current Inventory tracking systems
- Maintain up-to-date stock pricing
- Preparation of good for dispatch; picking, collating and packaging
- Use of a hand forklift for loading and unloading goods
- Maintain excellent communication with other departments to ensure efficient stock movement.
As Logistics Coordinator, you will need:
- Previous Experience within Goods movement in a warehouse environment
- Excellent organisation skills
- A strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and operational processes
- Strong analytical skills and experience forecasting inventory needs accurately
- Proven ability to multi-task and self-manage your time.
