Are you an experienced Transport Administrator seeking an exciting new role within a fast-paced and well-established company?!

If so then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you!

An exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator tojoin an established company based in Medway on a full-time permanent basis working within a friendly and supportive team.

You will be responsible for order processing and managing a in house system whilst consulting with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

• Order processing and management.
• Liaising with external stakeholders and updating them on the progress of their orders and answering any queries.
• Checking invoices and credit notes and processing customer returns.
• Processing and updating an in-house system with daily information.
• Managing stock control.
• Booking external transport using hauliers’ portals, raising transport po’s, producing labels and supporting paperwork.
• Conducting EDI mapping.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Previous experience within a Logistics &Customer Service role within a manufacturing or FMCG company (Highly desirable)
• Able to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• ERP / MRP experience (Desirable)
• An understanding of supply chain processes
