Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Logistics/Shipping Administrator to join their team in a logistics support role. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics processes, contributing to the efficient movement of goods and materials from point of origin to point of consumption.

Duties will include:
* Maintaining supplier relationships by dealing with queries and negotiating payment plans, as well as building stronger relationships to increase supplier support
* Liaising with customers and international suppliers
* Checking and payment of shipping invoices
* Co-ordination with suppliers regarding delivery times
* Monitor costs incurred in trading and logistics
* Processing of shipping documents
* Ensuring company costs (invoices and expense claims) are properly recorded
Key skills:
* 1-2 years experience in a logistics/shipping/sales administrative role
* Strong IT skills
* Strong numeracy skills
