Location – Coleraine
Contract – Full-time, Permanent
Hours – 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
(Saturday OR Sunday holiday cover required approximately 10 instances per year.)
An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Transport Team.
The successful candidate will have Transport / Logistics experience and will report to the Distribution Manager.
Main duties & responsibilities:
· Driver Training systems administration.
· Driver Debrief administration – Checks and referrals to Driver Trainers.
· Compliance Administration – Accident & insurance reporting, Defect reporting.
· Production of reports for all Lynas sites.
· Route planning.
· General office admin, new account uploads & holiday cover.
· Query Management System Gatekeeper & call handler.
Essential criteria:
· Proficient in all M/S Office packages, with an emphasis on Excel.
· Flexible approach to working hours.
· Confident and articulate.
· Team player.
· Ability to work independently.
· Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills.
· Good standard of education or relevant demonstratable experience.
Desirable:
· Experience with Route Planning software.
· Experience with Telematics software.
· Experience in The Food Service Industry
