About:
- One of the most prestigious and successful luxury brand in the world.
- Specialised in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.
- Head office based 5 days per week from Monday to Friday - Shift 1: 8.15am to 4.45pm; Shift 2: 10.45am to 7.15pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone, take and distribute messages/mail and redirect calls in courteous and professional manner.
- Greeting, connecting visitors with staff.
- Keep all meeting rooms & kitchenettes maintained, stocked and serviced
- Order stationery, beverages, business cards, printing/binding/laminating of documents.
Requirements:
- Well groomed, well spoken, warm and friendly personality.
- Highly organised
- Front of desk/reception experience from a smiliar luxury work environment.
Offering:
- Salary up to £32,000 basic
- Bonus
