My client is one of the longest established and widely publicised global companies with an impeccable reputation, seeking a warm, confident and proactive Receptionist/Team Assistant for their London City based office.
A young and fun company with lots of chances for progression as well as being a meaty busy junior role, for a creative company that is featured in all the best magazines and press as well as being steeped in history with gorgeous offices and fantastic team culture.
You will be the first point of contact, managing meeting rooms, helping with events, working with all different departments from marketing and PR to sales working alongside another receptionist.
I am looking for someone who is warm and engaging who would be happy to jump on the phone, speak to clients and be client facing. Someone with confidence and charm as well as high attention to detail and wants to work somewhere they can learn and succeed.
