A rapidly expanding finance firm is looking to hire a Team Assistant to join the firm and support the Investor Relations team. The firm has an entrepreneurial flare and looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and would be additional support to the wider operations team. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a fab Team Assistant role with lots of international travel coordination. You will be a positive and proactive person who loves being challenged and get satisfaction from finding a solution to a logistical travel nightmare. Typical duties include:

• Supporting with Roadshows - booking flights, hotels, transfers. 
• Manage and process the expenses for the team 
• Able to support with wider admin from print and binding through to updating presentations. 
• Supporting the wider team by covering reception over lunchtimes or ordering office supplies when needed. 
• Ad-hoc project coordination such as events. 

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have previous Team Assistant experience and experience booking international travel and working in complicated time zones. 
Essential requirements:

• Experience working as a Team Assistant in a Corporate environment 
• Experience booking international travel 
• A team player and enjoys being that "go to" person for help 
• Able to prioritise High attention to detail
