Team AssistantNorth West London£28,000 - £30,000Our clients are a team of successful commercial property investors with offices in Israel and the UK. Working in a small team, you will be mentored by the PA to the Director and another PA and assist in a range of administrative duties. This will incorporate office support as well as support for the Director's personal and charitable interests, both in London and Israel. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's office experience, possess good IT skills and be an effective communicator. Please note, candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own car in order to be considered for this position.Typical tasks include: Working closely with staff at all levels Travel arrangements to Israel and other destinations Answering phones and monitoring/replying to emails Office assistant duties (stock replenishment, etc) Handling incoming mail Running ad hoc errands out the office (driving essential) Processing payments Electronic filing Updating databasesYou will be: Minimum 1 year's office admin experience Full, clean driver's license and access to own car Microsoft office proficient Excellent verbal and written communication skillsLovely opportunity for a Team Assistant seeking a position which offers career prospects and the opportunity to progress.
