Pa/Team Assistant - Tv And Film Industry!

Lovely role for a super organised PA/Team Assistant to join a powerhouse of the TV and Film industry.  We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic assistant who is organised with exceptional attention to detail. 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Daily management of two busy diaries with further team support as required
• International travel arrangements including booking international flights, hotels, taxis, and itinerary compilation
• Mett and greet internal and external clients
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations 
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones 
• Support with conference events 
• adhoc administrative duties including; expenses , invoicing, updating contact lists etc. 

This is an exciting opportunity that would suit someone with demonstrable PA experience, strong problem solving skills, the ability to prioritise and a proactive mindset.  This is an integral role with lots of variety so will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with lots of autonomy.
