We are on the hunt for a dynamic, professional and confident individual to work as a Temporary Receptionist for a Luxury Fashion Brand situated in the West End! Based in their head offices you will be tasked to ensure the smooth day to day running of their front of house.
Duties:
- Meet and greet guests representing our clients in a professional manner
- Manage and transfer calls where appropriate
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Manage office supplies
- Ad Hoc tasks where required
To be successful in the role you will bring:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Excellent time keeping skills
- Organisational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office and Suit (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
