About the role:
As a Receptionist/PA, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
This is a busy and varied role where you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors and clients with a smile, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Managing and organising all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assisting with meeting room bookings and coordinating office events.
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Maintaining and updating the organisation's database and filing systems.
- Offering personalised support to the senior management team as a PA.
- Ensuring that all health and safety protocols are adhered to.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a professional demeanour.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- A helpful nature and a willingness to go above and beyond.
What we offer:
- A competitive hourly rate from £14.00 to £16.00 per hour.
