A boutique West End based hedge fund requires an experienced Corporate Receptionist to manage their busy front-of-house for 2 weeks while their permanent receptionist is on leave. This is a 2 week temporary role with potential for further assignments in future.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting visitors and escorting them to meeting rooms
- Answering the phone in a professional manner and redirecting calls as neccessary
- Managing the meeting room booking system
- Keeping meeting rooms tidy and well stocked
- Ordering taxis and couriers
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a corporate reception role is essential, ideally within financial services
- Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
- Punctual and reliable
- Happy to help wherever is required
