Role Overview: As a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator, you'll be the friendly face of our clients' businesses, welcoming visitors, managing calls, and ensuring the reception area is inviting. Light admin tasks may also be part of your day.

Your Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet visitors with a warm smile
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Handle calls and messages efficiently
• Assist with client requests and inquiries
• Making teas and coffees!
• Booking meeting rooms for external and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Professional or Corporate Services experience
• Reliable individuals with excellent references
• Confident communicators with strong customer service skills
• Right to work in the UK is a must
