Luxury Retail And Hospitality Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a Retail and Hospitality Manager to join an exclusive venue based in Mayfair. This will be working with a wonderful team of cool, calm and collected individuals who are looking for a likeminded individual to run the show. Prior experience working for a private venue is mandatory as well as experience having managed a busy and upmarket hospitality venue.
What you will be doing:
- Acting as first point of contact for all Retail and Hospitality queries and issues that arise.
- Responsible for managing a team of people.
- Adhering with brand value.
- Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining incredible levels of service throughout the team.
- Taking a very hands-on approach to overseeing multiple venues within close proximity of each other.
- Working closely with management to make sure all targets are being met.
