Bell Cornwall's client is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join their client's team in Leamington Spa. This is a unique opportunity to work with a luxury art company, building long-term client relationships and helping clients discover and enjoy exceptional artwork. If you are excited about developing rewarding relationships with high-calibre clients and achieving your sales goals in a dynamic, creative environment, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

Key Duties

• Provide exceptional service to both loyal and new clients.
• Sell exciting artwork through the gallery, phone, and email.
• Meet or exceed individual and gallery sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships and nurture a love for art in clients.
• Identify business opportunities through local business connections.
• Support gallery events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

• Proven experience in achieving sales targets
• 1-2-1 Luxury Sales experience
• Strong motivation to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and via phone.
• Confidence, a presentable appearance, and dedication to exceptional customer service.
• Enthusiastic personality with a knack for client engagement.
• A valid driving license is desirable for potential home consultations.
• Ability to handle moderate physical tasks daily.

• Uncapped commission structure with an excellent bonus.
