Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operative to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment to produce high–quality products efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
Operating machines and equipment according to standard operating proceduresMonitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outputPerforming routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure proper functioningConducting quality checks on finished products to maintain quality standardsFollowing safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuriesCollaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlinesAssisting with other tasks as needed to support the production processRequirements:
Previous experience as a Machine Operative or in a similar role preferredAbility to operate and troubleshoot machinery effectivelyStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailGood communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentFlexibility to work different shifts as neededBenefits:
