Machine Operator

Nights Machine Operator position available in the Maldon Essex area. This will be covering 6pm-6am four nights per week with 4 nights off across a 7-day rolling rota. This manufacturing company is multi-national and provide land-based engineering solutions to numerous industries such as construction and rail. Top line benefits from this company are 25 days holiday plus BH and pension matching up to 7.5%. Ideally bringing with you FLT experience and happy going beyond standard Operator responsibilities particularly when it comes to Safety and Quality. Assisting with SOPs, meeting targets, accurate handovers, and continuous improvements across the business are just some of the factors of this role.
