Company Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our client's team in Airdrie on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with bespoke machinery, offering full training and development within the role.
Responsibilities:
- Operate bespoke machines using various control methods.
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of machinery to meet production targets.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues as they arise.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, and an interest in engineering is advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to operating bespoke machinery.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality output.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
