This busy role will see you being responsible for looking after the day-to-day maintenance administration which will include:
- Answering inbound calls and emails
- Preparing, issuing and chasing maintenance quotations
- Chasing up quotes on the CRM
- Assisting with scheduling Engineers
- Liaison with other departments to improve customer service
Your well-developed communication skills, high attention to detail, strong administration skills and the ability to work within a team environment will enable you to excel in this role.
