As a Maintenance Coordinator, your responsibilities will include…
• Identifying & managing planned preventative maintenance works
• Managing contractors, ensuring timely & cost effective maintenance
• Overseeing ad hoc remedial maintenance works & allocating tasks to contractors
• Inspecting vacant properties & identifying any issues related to security & services
• Reviewing emergency works & addressing call-out issues
• Completing inventory for incoming tenants to record the condition of the property
We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator with the following skills and experiences…
• A minimum of 2 year’s experience as a Maintenance Coordinator or a similar role
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• A strong work ethic and the ability to have good interpersonal skills
• The ability to demonstrate real problem-solving skills, be highly self-motivated & proactive
• High attention to detail, the ability to follow through with tasks & be a team player
• A customer centric positive attitude
In return, the successful Maintenance Coordinator will receive a salary of between, £26,000 to £31,000 plus benefits including…
