Maintenance Coordinator

• Property compliance knowledge (Gas, mechanical and electrical, emergency lighting and PAT testing).
• Excellent customer service skills in a target driven environment.
• Self-motivation with the ability, and desire, to work on your own initiative.

Working from our office in Central London, you will play a vital role coordinating engineers, managing their diaries, and liaising with clients, as well as building estimations and ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met.
