Contract: Part time, 21 hours per week Fixed term contract until October 2025

L&Q are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support our Maintenance Operations department, working to support the service and delivery of our repairs via our Plentific platform.
The role will report into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, working alongside the existing Coordinators covering the PRS and General Needs portfolios. You will be a key member of the team helping to the deliver our repairs and maintenance service.
You will be responsible for the allocation and coordination of Reactive and/or Void repairs, monitoring mailboxes in line with SLAs, handling D365s and monitoring the puzzle phone queue for internal teams. You will be first point of contact for dealing with all queries and raising repair orders to the relevant teams, dealing with all correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
The successful candidate must be highly organised with excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills. You will need to be flexible and a team player, working in a fast paced and demanding environment, managing a busy workload, utilising various prioritisation and time management techniques, whilst collaborating with lots of different departments across the L&Q Group.
