Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Electrical Supervisor to oversea their maintenance team at a static site In Reading.
You will be working for a World Leading Facilities Management company offering stability, progression, and plenty of opportunities.
Hours of work: Permanent, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Salary: Up to £47,000 + Benefits
Location: Reading, Basingstoke Rd.
Job Description
- Lead a team in the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services, managing in-house and outsourced resources.
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance programs and respond to reactive client needs, ensuring continuous improvement and financial performance.
- Ensure the performance of the Hard FM contract, minimising service failures and adhering to safety protocols.
- Participate in appraisals, performance reviews, and client meetings.
What you bring:
- City and Guilds or Equivalent recognised qualification (electrical/mechanical).
- Completed recognised apprenticeship.
- Demonstrated experience managing Hard FM/Technical Services Contracts.
- Proficient in IT skills, including Excel, Word & Microsoft Office, and use of CAFM systems.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to influence change.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-facing attitude.
