To ensure a work-life balance, there is no shift work, with the normal hours of work being from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
The Role:
- Carrying out equipment upgrades and maintenance on high-value capital equipment.
- Analysing and addressing equipment breakdowns.
- Driving continuous improvement for enhanced reliability and scalability.
- Developing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborating with equipment suppliers for the commissioning of new equipment.
- Implementing the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programme.
- Providing crucial support to engineers in product and project development.
- Collaboration with R&D, engineering, and production teams.
We are seeking an engineer with hands-on experience in working on or repairing high-value manufacturing equipment. Specific experience with lathes and winding machines would be advantageous. Problem-solving enthusiasts with practical experience and a related degree are preferred. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, experience with ISO 9001 standards, and familiarity with lean manufacturing environments are valuable assets.
