We have an exciting opportunity for an electrical engineer to start asap!!
The Best Connection Group LTD are currently recruiting for our prestigious client, an established automotive manufacturer based in South Birmingham. This role is on-going and WILL lead to a permanent placement after a successful trial period. Working in a factory with experienced colleagues, the role will require you to ensure day to day safety and maintenance of all machinery, factory equipment and facilities.
Duties of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer will include:
- Repair/Service factory machinery
- Maintenance of facility
- Installation of new electrical equipment
- Engage in troubleshooting activities in respect to electrical & mechanical for breakdowns/malfunctions
The ideal candidate would have the following skills & experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (min 5 years)
- Electrical & Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Electrical Wiring and installation qualification
- Pneumatic and Hydraulic experience
- Work effectively under pressure
- Self motivated
Pay rate:
- £19.23 per hour - £20.19 per hour based on experience
- O/T Paid at £28.85 - £30.29 per hour
Set Hours of work:
- 14.00pm - 22.00pm
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime Available
