SalaryMaintenance Engineer
We are currently working with one of Northern Irelands leading manufacturing companies and assisting them with their recruitment for a Maintenance Engineer. Our client has undergone considerable expansion in recent years and continues to invest in both its people & technology.
This role will require a highly skilled experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong Electrical and Mechanical background and is capable of undertaking various planned, reactive and proactive maintenance tasks.
Shift:
- Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
- Friday: 07:30 – 13:30
The Role:
- Perform maintenance and support tasks on high-speed automated equipment
- Maintain and support automated and conveying systems.
- Maintain and support production electronic/electrical systems.
- Working as part of a team and supporting production and operations.
- Implement solutions to help improve machine reliability and quality issues.
Personal Specification:
- NVQ level 3 in either; electrical, mechanical or multiskilled maintenance or formal specific technical qualification
- A minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Working with and have an in-depth knowledge and experience of Electrical, Mechanical, pneumatics and program knowledge
- Knowledge of PLC controlled systems and their energised components.
- Have strong Electrical fault-finding skills supporting fast and effective problem solving
