Established 12 years ago, my client is a Estate Agents that specializes in student accommodation, landlord management, residential lettings, and property investments. They take pride in themselves on their great customer service that they provide to both tenants and landlords. This great service has found them success in in the Southwest which has resulted in them wanting to add to their great maintenance team.
In this role you will be expected to liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors about maintenance issues and updates. As well as that you'll be keeping tenants and landlords notified of required repairs and ongoing progress to resolve any work. You'll be using their maintenance system to record repairs and monitor progress. Also, you'll be organizing keys for contractors and arranging access and keeping all databases notes clear and up to date to ensure efficient communication amongst other responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in property maintenance. As well as having great organizational and communication skills to build positive relationships with both contractors and tenants. The ideal candidate as well will also be up to date with the HMO Certificate of Lawfulness.
