Location: The PIG on the Beach, Studland, Dorset
Salary: 30,000 PA, plus up to 200 in service charge per month. OTE of up to 32,400 PA based on a full-time 40 hour per week contract.

Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week
As Maintenance Manager you will over see the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and report directly to the Hotel Manager regarding any essential or non-essential maintenance with the functionality, efficiency, health & safety of the property being the priority.
You will oversee a small team of Maintenance Assistants and develop their skills by leading by example.
Experience in a similar role is essential, along with any relevant qualifications such as PAT testing, electrics, plumbing, fire safety, carpentry, plant room management, health, and safety. A hands on attitude is a must as our hotels are open 365 days a year.
