We are thrilled to be seeking a brand new Maintenance Manager
Paying a salary circa £28500 - £32000 per annum

Oversee the day to day running of the Property Services Maintenance Team and managing team performance to ensure our portfolio of Managed properties are maintained and upkept to the highest standards. Ensuring the Team are set up for success and equipped to respond to all local Property maintenance requirements, in a timely manner. Liaising closely with local suppliers, where necessary, to effect swift resolutions to issues that arise.
Your Responsibilities
Overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Property Services Maintenance Team, to ensure delivery of a first-class holiday experience for our guests. Working closely with the Property Services HUB Team in Chester.
Team Management and development of the full Property Services Maintenance Team located in the local Brand office, including managing recruitment of both permanent and seasonal staff and ensuring all staff members receive appropriate training.
Ensuring that all work orders raised by the Property Services Team in Chester have been picked up and carried out locally.
Managing any company vehicles, ensuring they are kept roadworthy and compliant and all record checks are kept up to date.
Devising and Managing staff rota’s, including managing holiday requests and sickness, ensuring optimum staffing levels at all times.
Covering on-call out of hours assistance, on a rota basis, to our property owners and guests and ensuring on-call is covered at all times.

- Experience of Managing a Team
- Knowledge of general maintenance and trade skills to a high standard
- Previous experience in a Property Maintenance Role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great organisational skills
- IT literate – Microsoft office and databases
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Strong people management skills
- Full clean driving license
- Professional Trade Qualifications
- Strong motivator
- Knowledge of the local area
- Knowledge of Property Maintenance & Compliance
- Knowledge of Health & Safety responsibilities for holiday letting
