Maintenance Mechanical Engineer

Are you an experienced Shift Engineer with a Mechanical background looking for a new challenge?
TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation looking for a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to work in Leeds on a temp to perm basis paying £15.38 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience of working on Commercial Hot and Cold-water Systems.
Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures.
General Electrical services such as lighting and power
Experience with Air handling units
Low voltage electrical distribution system and switchgear
Emergency standby generating plant
Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
Electrical control systems
Building Management SystemWhat We Require?
Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Engineering.
FM or Healthcare Industry experience desirable
Carry out Maintenance and Reactive Calls

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanical Engineer
Salary: £15.58
Shifts/Hours of Work: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Location: St James Hospital, Leeds Oncology Bexley Wing, LS9 7TF
Contract: Temp to Perm (3 Months Temp)
