Maintenance Operative

We are looking for a Maintenance Operative who will fit right in and add value to our team based in Scarborough. We're bold, ambitious, and proud to admit it and there's no better time to join Beyond Housing. We have gone through a significant period of growth and change and we're looking for someone as brilliant as you to support the delivery of our services. 

As a Maintenance Operative you will have a varied role and will help colleagues with tasks such as repairing roofs; installing, removing and repairing fences and gates; mould cleaning and removal; and checking loft insulation and building defects.

You’ll need to be a great team player as from time to time you’ll work collaboratively with other departments in the business. We’re looking for someone who will embody and adopt our Beyond Housing company values of being considerate, collaborative, ambitious and accountable as part of their everyday conduct.

If you have…

• Experience with damp and mould removal
• Knowledge and understanding of moisture meters and recording the information
• Experience in sealing and repairing flooring and experience in leak detection and water restoration.

If you start with us before Monday 1 April 2024, your salary will be up to £25,676 per annum until the end of March 2024. The max salary shown includes our multiskilling allowance, which will be discussed if you are invited to an interview.
