At Park Holidays, we understand that the appearance of our holiday park is just as important as its functionality. That's why we are seeking a Maintenance Operative who can help us maintain a beautiful and well-kept outdoor environment for our guests to enjoy.
Responsibilities:
Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the holiday park, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
Conduct regular checks and inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address any issues.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out.
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Undertake gardening duties including mowing lawns, weeding, planting, and maintaining the holiday park's outdoor spaces.
Requirements:
A passion for fixing things and solving problems.
Strong practical skills in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and gardening
A straightforward, no-nonsense approach to work
A flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and holidays.
A commitment to health and safety regulations
An understanding of gardening best practices and techniques
