Pay rate: £12.28
Contract: Ongoing temporary position (with the potential to go temp to perm)
Hours: Monday to Friday, either 8am-3:45pm or 9am - 4:45pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Our client is looking for a Facilities Assistant to help them through a busy period.

- Minor maintenance jobs
- Painting doors
- Delivering parcels
- Move furniture
- Sweeping / blowing leaves
- Roof checks
- Unload deliveries
- Hold keys to open and close doors
- Event set up
- Basic IT skills required
- Assist the duty Facilities Assistant with other duties such as fire alarm, refuge point alarm testing, completion of job sheet allocations.
Experience and skills required for this position:
- Basic DYI skills required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, caretaking, estates or facilities would be ideal.
