An exciting opening for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer/ Supervisor to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on one of their high-profile commercial contracts Victoria, London. Our client is looking for a Maintenance supervisor/multi skilled engineer who is wanting to take ownership of their own site and manage the landlord's planned and reactive maintenance, covering electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, while being responsible for log books, supervising contractors and other relevant paperwork. If you are well organised with great technical backing, able to converse well with clients, report and advise on the building services then this is the role for you and is a great opportunity to join a privately owned business who look after their employees.
Duties
* PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
* Electrical Fault-Finding
* Single & Three Phase Power
* Emergency Lighting
* Fire Alarms
* BMS Operation
* AHUs
* FCUs
* Generators
* UPS Systems
* VAV/VRFs
* Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
* Cooling Towers
* Pumps & Motors
Requirements
* City and Guilds Level 3 qualifications or Equivalent (Electrical) - Minimum
* Apprentice trained - desirable
* Building Services Maintenance experience
* IT literate
* Organised
* Career driven and passionate
* Very Client facing
Package
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 - 17:00
* £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
