Maintenance Supervisor (Water Treatment / Wastewater)

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Career Progression + Training + Company Car

Location: Bradford (Commutable from Leeds, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Harrogate)
Are you a skilled Maintenance Supervisor with experience in the water industry or working with mechanical equipment? Do you want to take your career to the next level by securing a senior role in the dynamic field of mechanical engineering?
On offer is a chance to join a well-established family-run company with over 23 years of experience in the industry. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in both workshop and on-site settings, supervising a wide variety of maintenance equipment for some of the biggest contracts in the UK.

You will oversee daily operations, manage equipment repairs and coordinate with engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure high-quality work and safety compliance.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an engineering background, ideally holding an HNC or equivalent qualification, to take on a supervisory/management role within a forward-thinking company.

The role:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations both in the workshop and on-site locations
• Liaising with customers
• Supervising and managing all stages of maintenance.

The Person:

• Previous experience repairing mechanical equipment, such as pumps
• Previous experience in a supervisor or team leader role
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings
