Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently assisting one of our West Midlands based clients with the recruitment of a Maintenance Supervisor on a permanent basis
The successful Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring building safety (fire/structural) and property compliance for both the residential and commercial properties
Daily duties of the Maintenance Supervisor:
- Supervise a team to ensure building safety and property compliance
- Assist in building-related health and safety requirements
- Monitor systems for repairs, building compliance, and maintenance tasks to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure team productivity, efficiency, and quality of work
- Supervise and support the Resident Safety Technician in property safety and compliance works
- Contribute to continuous improvement with a focus on property safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
The successful Maintenance Supervisor will possess:
- Relevant trade-based qualification and experience
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to assess and maintain high-quality standards in property safety and compliance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with stakeholders
- Previous experience working within social housing (Desired)
