Salary Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a market leading manufacturer in the recruitment of a Maintenance Team Leader.
This Maintenance Team Leader will report into a Maintenance Manager and will play a key role in the day to day coordination of site maintenance.
Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package for the successful applicant.
Salary - £52,400
Working hours: Wednesday & Thursday – 9am – 9pm (days) and Friday & Saturday – 6pm – 6am (nights)
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Team Leader include:
Hands on preventative and reactive maintenance on heavy industry machinery.
Leading and developing a small team of Mechanical Maintenance Engineers.
Organising the work for the team.
Supporting the team with any complex breakdowns.
Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
We would be keen to speak to Maintenance Supervisors or Maintenance Team Leaders who have the following:
Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience working in a heavy industry environment.
Hands on experience in CI and improvements made to manufacturing maintenance processes.
Experience of leading a small team of Mechanical Maintenance Engineers.
