Reed is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for a Repairs and Maintenance team within a leading public sector organisation based in S2. This is a temporary role with the exciting prospect of becoming permanent in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse team of tradespeople.
- Overseeing small projects and ensuring their successful completion.
- Attending site meetings and inspections.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous trade experience and is looking for the next step in their career.
- Is experienced in managing stakeholders.
- Holds a full and clean driving license.
- Has previous management experience.
- Is knowledgeable about Health and Safety inspections.
- Has experience managing contracts.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working from home and on-site. The role is full-time, with working hours from 8:00 to 16:00.
The pay rate is £19.02 per hour (PAYE). £23.60 per hour (Via Umbrella).
