SalaryMaintenance Technician required for an automotive small/medium component manufacturer based in Daventry. The successful candidate will ideally come from an automotive or aerospace background and have experience in a similar role.
Maintenance Technician Position Overview
- Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve with minimal downtime to production.
- Carry out diagnosis of faults, the maintenance and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational service.
- Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment.
- Document maintenance breakdowns, identifying root cause and action to help identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management.
Maintenance Technician Position Requirements
- Automotive / Aerospace experience
- Experience within a similar role
- Commutable distance of Daventry
Maintenance Technician Position Remuneration
- Salary- Up to £32,000
- Working hours - Monday - Friday 8-4
- 25 days holiday + bank hols
- Auto enrolment pension
