Male Support Workers - Supported Living

Full time Salary: £22,991.80 plus 31 days paid leave

Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week on a rolling shift basis (please note that shift work may entail evenings, weekends and bank holidays)

Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London.

We have exciting opportunities for both experienced Support Workers and those new to the sector to join us at our newest Supported Living service in Brent (close to North Wembley tube station). The project supports 10 adults with moderate to profound and complex learning disabilities, as well as additional mental and physical health needs.

As a Support Worker, you will provide support to service users to ensure their safety, health and wellbeing. Duties will include support with day-to-day aspects such as shopping, meals, personal care, and attending appointments, as well as with leisure, social and physical activities, hobbies and personal interests with an emphasis on helping develop skills, confidence and relationships.
