Management Accountant (15 Month Ftc)

RotheramCarrington Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a key Client based near to Liverpool City Center in the recruitment of a Qualified Management Accountant for a period of 15 Months, possibility of the role going permanent. Reporting to the FP&A Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Production of monthly management accounts and analysis, financial reporting and commentary
• Quarterly re-forecast and budget analysis and reporting
• Perform financial analysis to support/drive the commercial objectives of the business
• Drive continuous improvement of financial and management information across the business, providing training and support to maximum use of the information available
• Business partnering with divisional managers to ensure their financial budgets are inline with their target
• Support operational teams in producing periodic financial reports and associated financial analysis; exception reporting, reporting trends and key performance indicators
• Undertake financial analysis and forecasting for group cashflow
• Provide assistance with continuous improvement projects following the transition to SAP

Skills/Experience

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
• Excellent communicator, able to liaise with key stakeholders at all levels
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Group consolidation experience
• Investigative mind, always willing to think outside the box and go that extra mile in achieving the task at hand
• Thrive in a busy environment, able to run projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organised, able to work to tight deadlines
• Positive mindset, if certain projects don't go to plan the ability find another solution
• Experience managing a team

• £55,000 to £65,000 per annum pro rata fixed term contract
