We are recruiting a Management Accountant to work at our parent company, Hertford Regional College (HRC), to join the Finance Department to help provide exceptional business support to the team at the start of art facilities in the Ware Campus.

About The Role
We are seeking a Management Accountant with a passion for figures! You will be assisting in the preparation and delivery of accurate financial accounting data, including financial reporting and budget planning reporting to senior management of Hertford Regional College and its subsidiary companies.
About You
You will have a highly analytical and numerate mindset. Being able to demonstrate experience in stakeholder management, financial accounting and forecasting. The ability to adhere to tight deadlines, have strong organisational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experienced in using excel and accounting systems.
The successful candidate should be a qualified or part qualified Financial Professional, preferably with an ACCA/CIMA qualification. Experience with managing teams in the further education sector would be a bonus.
