I am delighted to be partnering exclusively with a charitable organisation based in Bury St Edmunds seeking to recruit a Management Accountant on a part-time and hybrid basis.
This is a brand-new role where you will be expected to use your highly developed skills, experience and pragmatism to lead their finance function, to ensure that the organisation is financially strong, working in the best possible way and open to scrutiny.
The right person will:
? Be ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
? Have high levels of IT skills including Microsoft Excel
? Have experience and the ability to produce, understand and present good management information
? Have experience and the ability to work with and support budget holders to ensure performance is understood and any necessary action is taken
? Have experience and the ability to lead the Annual Statutory Accounts process, supplying information, managing enquiries, posting journals, etc.
? Have an infectious passion for all thing accounting, great sector insight, love to problem solve and an upbeat personality
? Be able to balance the needs of the customer and the business to get the right outcome
? Have experience of being a great line manager
