Job Type:Permanent, Full-Time
Salary:£45,000 - £55,000 Per annum
Job Duties:- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Conduct variance analysis and provide budgeting support
- Assist in financial forecasting and planning
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Support financial audits and compliance
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management
- Assist in financial decision-making processes
- ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification
- Proven experience in management accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practises
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
