SalaryWe are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our team on a part time basis to assist our Finance Manager in running the Finance function. If you are commercially minded with the ability to work autonomously and without supervision, this would be a great chance to join a growing and enthusiastic team. BASIC SALARY: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 (pro-rata - 3 days per week GBP24,000 - GBP30,000) BENEFITS: Hybrid working (1 day at home 2 in the office) 25 days holiday (pro-rata) Pension Company Bonus Share Incentive Scheme Life Assurance Daily Free lunch LOCATION: Hook, Hampshire COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Basingstoke, Reading, Fareham, Guildford, Newbury, Camberley JOB DESCRIPTION:Management Accountant As our part-time Management Accountant, you will be required to work 3 days per week. One can be from home, one must be when our Financial Manager is on site and another day of your choice. You will be required to effectively manage the day to day operation of the accounting function, including monthly company accounts and financial reporting pack, supporting analysis and elements of the payroll function. In addition, you will also; Prepare monthly results and explain margin analysis across the company products Provide budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow analysis Be responsible for the preparation and presentation of the year end statutory accounts and annual statements Manage the year end audit process and auditor relationships PERSON SPECIFICATION:Management Accountant Being fully or part qualified to ACA/ACCA/CIMA level would be advantageous, however we will happily accept applications from candidates that can demonstrate they are QBE (qualified by experience). Other knowledge, skills and experience will include; Previous work within the manufacturing industry (strong advantage) Previous experience of SAGE 200 ERP and MRP (strong advantage) Experience of SAP (advantage) Advanced Excel skills Knowledge of payroll and payroll process Comfortable with working to tight deadlines THE COMPANY: For 40 years, we have been designing computer controlled systems to evaluate the properties of soil and rock and have built a fantastic reputation within the geotechnical and earthquake testing sector.
