Description
- Prepare financial statements, business plans, commentaries and budgets
- Perform and manage internal audits
- Conduct financial investigations, prepare reports, and advise on areas such as the purchase and sale of businesses
- Develop and manage financial systems and policies
- Control income, cash flow and expenditure
- Collaborate with other team members in the Accounting & Finance department
- Manage junior staff when necessary
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and changes in regulations
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Finance, Accounting or similar field
- Excellent proficiency in financial software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of the property industry
