Our rapidly growing and highly profitable client requires a part-qualified / newly qualified / qualified by experience Management Accountant to join their high performance finance team. You will have a commercial mindset and be looking for a challenge within an environment where you will be mentored and offered excellent career progression opportunities. The role will be hybrid (if desired) and long-term the business offers excellent flexibility around home / office working to suit the individual. In particular, this role has a lot of analyst exposure around KPI / performance analysis, supporting the commercial and operational teams. It will suit a candidate who could see themselves progressing into a senior analyst / FP&A / Finance Business Partner role in the future.
Key areas of the role:
- Assisting with the management accounts
- Cash flow forecasting
- KPI and performance variance analysis
- Reconciliations
- Excel modelling and data analysis
- Ad-hoc finance project work
The ideal candidate will be part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA) or Qualified by experience, have management accounting experience within a commercial organisation, and looking to join an embracing business which will support their long-term career progression.Full study support package is available if you are looking to complete or further your qualification.
