Management Accountant

Reed Accountancy & Finance is partnering with an automotive client is looking for an experienced and committed Management Accountant to join their finance team. 

Management Accountant responsibilities include:

• Preparing & analysing financial reports including profit & Loss statements and balance sheets
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Evaluating costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing cost saving strategies
• Collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies and support decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
• Continuously improving financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy

Management Accountant skills and experience include:

• Qualified, part qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on results
