An exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to support this expanding manufacturing and distribution business. A driven and enthusiastic individual who enjoys a fast-paced working environment where they can help refine processes and assist business advancement. A solid finance professional with a good eye for numbers who can prioritise and achieve deadlines would fit this team perfectly.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Production of management accounts.
- Supervision of a small team.
- Communicating financial information to senior management.
- Control account reconciliations.
- Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Accruals & prepayments.
- Inventory controls.
- Managing fixed assets register.
- General ledger, incl. journal preparation & posting.
- VAT returns.
- Assist with completion of month-end, ad-hoc weekly / monthly reporting.
Do you have the knowledge and experience?
- Qualified or Qualified by Experience (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Experience within the retail, manufacturing or e-commerce sector.
- An understanding of Importing/Exporting would be advantageous.
